Perfection made simple.
Three times a year, the hunters bring gifts to the kitchen. Then we open our wine tavern and set the long wooden tables. We serve up Wagram’s gifts to us: bread from Blauensteiner, vegetables from the Höllers, trout from Hengl and with a little luck, something bagged from our own hunting grounds. Hare, pheasant, partridge, wild boar or venison. Whatever happens to be in season, whatever is fair game for responsible hunters. These are rare delicacies which you won’t find on our menu, giving us all the more pleasure to surprise you with them.

Setting the scene for the good times
As we’ve already said: good wine good company; good wine and good food bring people together around one table. True everywhere, true at Wagram: free to laugh, free to cry, free to debate, free even to sit in silence if the heart so wills it. At the close of day, it is about the good times: about friendship, about love and about being welcomed back again.
Products and producers
Wagram gives many gifts to the people there. Our wish is to showcase them and serve them to our guests with pride. We make our wines in the same way: down to earth, close to nature and tempered with the knowledge of generations. Take pleasure in our wonderful craft and yet more wonderful tastes it has created.
